1.1 Scope of Agreement

This agreement is the contract between you and Durian Diary regarding your downloading, installing, using, and copying of this software.

1.2 Scope of License for This Service

Durian Diary grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use this software. You may install, use, and run this software on a single device for non-commercial purposes.

1.2.2

You may make one copy of this software for the purpose of using the software and services, solely for backup purposes. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.

1.2.3

All other rights not expressly granted in this clause and other clauses of this agreement are reserved by Durian Diary. You must obtain separate written permission from Durian Diary to exercise these rights. Durian Diary's failure to exercise any of the aforementioned rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

1.3 Software Installation, Uninstallation and Updates

1.3.1

Durian Diary may have developed different versions for different terminal devices. You should choose the appropriate version to install based on your actual situation. After downloading the installer, you need to install it correctly following the standard installation procedure.

1.3.2

If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it on your own.

1.3.3

In order to improve user experience and enhance service content, Durian Diary will continuously develop new services and provide you with software updates (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, functional enhancement, version upgrades, etc.).
